15-Day Refund Window
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note: because our products are consumables, we are unable to accept physical returns.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us at info@nappyboydranks.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the situation and details provided.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@nappyboydranks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
No Returns Required
Because our products are consumables, we do not accept returns. If your refund request is approved, you’ll receive the refund directly to your original payment method—no need to send the product back.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
