Shipping policy
Here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships, tracks, and arrives.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping options are available at checkout and typically take 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination
International Shipping
We are not offering international shipping at this time. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in Nappy Boy Dranks, sign up for our newsletter and we’ll let you know when international shipping becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, feel free to contact us at info@nappyboydranks.com.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you catch an error, email us right away at info@nappyboydranks.com — we’ll do our best to intercept it, but once it ships, we can’t reroute packages.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Shipping delays can happen — weather, carrier issues, or other unexpected events. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (U.S.), reach out and we’ll help track it down.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an invalid address may be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges.
