Shipping policy
Here's everything you need to know about how your order ships, tracks and arrives.
Processing times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 states.
Dual Flavor 6-Pack
- One 6-Pack: $4.99 standard shipping.
- Two or more 6-Packs: free shipping.
12-Packs and everything else
- Standard (4 to 6 business days): $7.99, or free on orders of $100 or more.
- Express (2 to 3 business days): $17.99.
If your order has both 6-Packs and 12-Packs, each part ships under its own rate, and you'll see both at checkout.
International shipping
We don't ship outside the U.S. yet. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in Nappy Boy Dranks, join our newsletter and we'll tell you the day that changes.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, contact us at info@nappyboydranks.com.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, email us right away at info@nappyboydranks.com. We'll do our best to intercept it, but once it ships, we can't reroute packages.
Delayed or lost shipments
Delays can happen: weather, carrier issues, or other unexpected events. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, reach out and we'll help track it down.
Refused or returned shipments
Orders refused at delivery or returned because of an invalid address may be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges.
